Amazing book
I loved this book! The author did a great job capturing the process of letting go and shutting off the mind chatter. It was great to hear someone tell you for a change to feel your emotions and work through them instead of turning them off.

The real deal
I’m type A and struggle to find peace in my days. The message in the book has helped me get back in touch with the world around me. (Again, a rare occurrence for me.) I’m on my second listen, and love going for mid-day walks with the author’s beautiful, uplifting voice in my ears! If you like John O’Donohue, Pema Chödrin or Eckhart Tolle, you’ll like Marianne McGuire.

Beautifully written
This book was beautifully written and full of soul. It is obvious that this author was bringing it all to the table to get her readers to take a deep look within so that we can embrace who we are and the capabilities we have if only we are aware of who we really are! And when we do, we really can live a life fulfilled! I will highly recommend it to others.
