This felt like I was reading a book written by either a kid or really immature teenager in the narrator did not help this cuz she sounded like she was immature to I found myself skipping chapters it was so horrible and yet I still get the gist of the story I found out that the one she fell in love with "( spoiler alert)"......




left her with her dad's business partner who she was obviously uncomfortable with and feared to supposedly get her memory back when she should have been long gone from his reach when he first started creeping her out... I would have let somebody else no this like cops or someone something anything to get her away from someone she didn't trust who lets a random guy even if he was a friend of the family take care of somebody that you know has no real safety being with that person and the further add insult to injury she gets raped by said friend of the family and she is still forced to stay another freaking day with him after she admits to the guy who supposedly loves her that she was raped and injured who does pretty much nothing but say he is going to kill him. you would think if he truly loves her he would get her out of that situation the second he finds out about it.
Now don't get me wrong I know she has Amnesia and thinks she's married to the guy but rape is still rape even if they were supposedly married and no still means no!!!
there's no real excuse for leaving a person in that kind of situation when you know for a fact they're not really married..
if she was a kid maybe because you would have to call Child Protective Services to prove it first but she's an adult all she got to do is take her to a police station and explain the situation my God is the writer idiot...
