Reduced My Anxiety!

If you need some calm and relaxation in your life, you should definitely give it a try. In particular, the affirmations helped me change my perspective. Each session helps participants break bad mental habits by providing practical strategies for handling anxiety and over-analyzing. A lot of content in just five hours, too. They're simple to follow and will undoubtedly result in better sleep.

Feeling more centered

Anxiety is no joke and I wanted to get a handle on it without medications, at least not yet. I found this guided meditation audiobook to help me, and I am loving it. The stress is now way down following this book. I am now writing in my journal daily and sleep is so much better. I found the lessons super easy to follow and am loving the meditations. i feel so much better.

Calming

I found the meditations in this book to be really calming in all the chaos of my life. It leaves me feeling refreshed after listening. I feel much more mentally prepared for each day when take in one of the meditations or hypnosis sessions in this book each morning. Overall, I feel much more resilient and have more capacity to take on daily stress in my life and I am having fewer panic attacks.
