Loved the story the characters everything about it was great. Especially the last lines of MOON”S love for his parents, workers and love of his wife.

First time I listen to a Holly S. Roberts work, will definitely keep looking forward for more of her books. As a native of AZ especially Scottsdale I was immersed into the story because I knew the places she was talking about. I enjoyed the fact that the Mexican/Spanish was done flawlessly and perfectly correct. Thank You! Lynn Barrington you did an excellent job narrating. Off to the next book.

I love this series! Reading the books takes your feelings to a tight level of intense visual of the story and the characters. BUT listening to Lynn Barrington interpretation of the feelings and actions of the story is absolutely amazing. I have already pre-ordered the next two books in the series

This was my first time reading this author, and I’m officially hooked. The story pulls you in right away—gritty, fast-paced, and full of tension. Madison’s journey from law enforcement hopeful to reluctant private eye was raw and relatable. She’s tough, smart, and in way over her head.

Then comes Xavier Moon—dangerous, magnetic, and absolutely unpredictable. Their dynamic crackles with intensity, and I couldn’t stop listening.

The voice performance was spot-on and made the characters come alive. I thoroughly enjoyed this first installment and can't wait to dive into the next book. This series is definitely going on my must-listen list.

I really enjoyed the premise of the story and how the main character bleed blue but came to the realization that things are not always as they seem. Good narration and held my interest.
