Publisher's summary

Jeffrey Archer's Hidden in Plain Sight is the second novel featuring Detective William Warwick, by the master storyteller and number-one New York Times best-selling author of the Clifton Chronicles.

William Warwick has been promoted to detective sergeant, but his promotion means that he, along with the rest of his team, have been reassigned to the Drugs Squad. They are immediately tasked with apprehending Khalil Rashidi, a notorious drug dealer who operates his extensive network out of South London.

As the investigation progresses, William runs into enemies old and new: Adrian Heath, from his school days, now a street dealer he convinces to turn informer; and financier Miles Faulkner, who makes a mistake that could finally see him put behind bars. Meanwhile, William and his fiancée, Beth, enjoy making preparations for their upcoming wedding, though an unpleasant surprise awaits them at the altar.

As William’s team closes the net around a criminal network like none they have ever faced before, he devises a trap they would never expect, one that is hidden in plain sight....

Great 2nd Book in the series

Looking forward to book 3 in the Warwick series that comes out next spring.

I liked how this book moved seamlessly from the 1st book, not all that catching up stuff most authors put you through in the 1st chapter of a continuing series, completely wasting my time (Thanks Mr. Archer!)
If you've forgotten, download book 1 and listen to the last chapter for a refresher.

Enjoyed this series very much!

I loved the variated narrative with each of the characters. The Jeffrey Archer stories are always interesting and the family saga
focusing on young William gives you the
continuation of well written good vs evil
in the art world.

Excellent as Usual

Although I have been a Jeffrey Archer fan for 35 years, I am not biased. The intertwined stories, the characters, the twists, and the humor is so eloquent and so enjoyable. I also think Mr Blagden does a superb job in bringing the main characters alive.

Terrific story! I highly recommend this audiobook.

Another winner for Archer. Read the books in order. It's an ongoing story. I'm waiting for book three. Already pre-ordered it today.

A decent detective

The series continues with DS Warwick transferred to the drug squad. There is big chase to end a drug ring while he continues to pursue Faulkner who relentlessly tries to outwit his wife out big money and art masterpieces. I like the detective work, court cases and family bantering. A great ride and a breath of fresh air to find a upbeat, family-values detective

Mystery Maven

Wow, on a roll. Great entry and surprisingly, a connection from the previous entry. We are going to get resolution, eventually. Highly recommend.
