About this listen

Continue Nadia Wolf's adventure in this second book.

Nadia Wolf has had enough and she's fighting back! It comes down to this: Kill or be killed. Nadia doesn't like those options but she is far from safe from Dagor's clutches. Not only does she have to worry about saving her neck, but now she has a new roommate taking over her apartment: Muffin . . . Frankie's wife! Caleb baits Nadia with a new wager, and Greyson's new assistant director is a strawberry-blonde beauty with control issues. And if Nadia didn't have enough headaches in her life, a deadly mystery follows her home from Panama along with a goofy and awkward fan. The ending will leave you astounded!

I love series. Nadia is a fun and playful character that keeps finding herself in dangerous situations. My one and only complaint is the narrator. She sounds like an older proper women not like that character at all.

The narrator sounds like a proper grandma who is about to have a spot of tea, not a young poker player running vegas trying to find her way out of a life and death situation. I also don't like how the narrator is monotone.

I really really really wish that there was a different narrator who could bring this book to life and do the book the justice it deserves.

Love the Story/Hate the Narrator

I enjoyed the story and the narrator was great just like the first. I found the scene with Grayson to be annoying (just tell him what's going on damn it) but otherwise was swept up in the story.

Fun story with a good narrator
