educational but dry

Very educational but I suspect you had the wrong narrator. he mispronounced wort. It's "wert" and sounded like he was reading a teleprompter. Happy brewing.

Very basic info....

I wouldn't recommend this book for first timers. I info is ok. You would be better off going to a home brew club meeting.
