Publisher's summary

What if there is an infinite number of universes, all existing simultaneously?

What if we are traveling through these universes all the time without realizing it?

What if the answers to all your problems and all the world’s problems already exist in other universes?

And…what if you could learn to consciously travel to these better universes at will?

How to Change Your Universe ties quantum physics and metaphysics together to present a massive paradigm shift in the way we view the world.

While the ideas in this book are decades away from being accepted into mainstream consciousness, the concepts are grounded in cutting-edge physics. The tools presented are practical and simple, and can have a profound effect on every aspect of your life.

Overall very worthwhile

The first part of the book offers the best description of conundrums in modern physics I've heard to date in language that is the most understandable I've heard to date on the subject. The book pretty much puts to bed the concept that what you see and experience is all there is to know. The latter portion of the book segues into a promotion of the value of meditation and visualization. I thought that it was a bit of an abrupt transition but Gabriel leaves no doubt about how important he feels that meditation is. This practice admittedly is still a very foreign concept to me and I wonder if I can ever come close or maybe even want to come close to what he experiences from it but I can understand how it is both relevant and helpful. Have long been an admirer of Gabriel ..going all the way back to his first book. Strongly recommend this audiobook.

Empowering Information

I love it when a book confirms what my intuition is telling me about reality and dissolves the patterns of intellectual mind. How to Change Your Universe does exactly that and so much more.

Great!

Great explanations to a very complex theory. Whether you already believe or don’t believe the practices apply. So practice. See for yourself. Only good can come if it. Thank you Jon!

Straying far from his area of expertise.

I love all Jon Gabriel's other books. I'm not overweight, but he is so smart about meditation and visualization etc. He really knows his stuff in those areas.
This book is more about alternate universes, etc., etc.
At one point he references a Netflix special.
I think he's helped alot of people w/his work, he's helped me. But, this book is not for me.
