8 hours. 7 hours is just background noises

it starts off great. Joel has a trusting voice, a nice rhythm to it. Then, he stops talking, and I'm just paying for some meditation music that's probably on YouTube for free.
But, I did fall asleep. Is it because of the music? idk. I just had a different idea of what this was going to be. I have used this multiple times, though.
If you're new to these, just know the narrorator isn't talking for very long.

loving this

After years of insomnia on my 3rd listen last night and I've had two of the best nights 🌉 sleep ever. My low energy and not wanting to do anything other than watch videos is changing fast. The overwhelm is waning and my attitude is so much better. Loving this!!!!! 🌟💯👍

Background music not relaxing

I would rather listen to calm dialogue. The background music is irritating and the jingling sounds are too sharp for my ears. This isn’t proper hypnosis in my opinion and not conducive to me getting any sleep.
