I have been sleeping much better since using this program. it is 8 full hours long and doesn't change rhythm or volume and wake me up.

I use this sound everyday to sleep. The key is concentration, listening to the words, picturing yourself floating and imagining you are floating. Works great for me, sleep is great, if it wasn’t for my crazy dogs LOL, I would sleep all night.

The sleep was good, I'm motivated anyway. But... when you take me out of a sleep an hour and a half early... I was waking up thinking, this didn't work. I'm still tired. GRRR.
