The narrators were great, and I was so excited for Jace’s story but the instalove in this wasn’t my favorite. I still really enjoyed the story and would have loved more about the birth mom and his ex teammate that could have made for an interesting plot twist.

Let’s be real I love everything that Bella writes.

Jace is the wild bad boy that gets the ultimate walks up call one day when he gets called to the hospital finding out he has a newborn son and the mom is nowhere in site. Now he needs to get his crap together and grow up quick thank goodness he finds Indy the best nanny but now he needs to not screw it all up there’s only one problem he likes her.

I love anything Bella Matthews writes and I'm so excited to be going back through the books I've read and get to listen to them on audiobook. She always writes such sweet, emotional romances and Jace & India's story was no different.

I want to say first that Heather Firth and Gabriel Spires did an amazing job with this book. Heather had done quite a few books by Bella Matthews and she always does such an amazing job. I'm pretty sure Gabriel has done the MMC voices for this whole series and he does really well.

Jace has just been drafted to his families NHL hockey team, and it's angry because he wanted to go anywhere but his home team. Yet, the day he's drafted, he gets a call to rush home where he's created with a baby that was just delivered by his sister-in-law, Wren at the hospital, saying the baby is his.

Jace is greeted with his newborn son, Cohen. He instantly falls in love and is thrusted into fatherhood. His family has been helping him, but they are making him his a nanny so everyone can go back to work and his career is starting soon, too.

India has graduated college and is home, applying for jobs as a kindergarten teacher. Yet, everywhere she has applied, she hasn't got the job. She has college loans to pay off and working at her grandfather's restaurant, The Busy Bee, isn't paying the bills.

India hears about the nanny position from her best friend Sophia, who works at Amelia's bakery, Sweet Temptations. When she shows up for the interview, she is greeted by Jace, who she knows from a run in months ago when he almost hit her with his car.

Jace is in a tough spot and had gone through all the nanny's whom applied. India is the last person. This is a live in position, and pays very well. India signs a 1 year contract to stay. She instantly falls in love with this baby boy. She just had to stay away from his father, the hot hockey player that she can't get of his mind and visa-versa.

I’m obsessed! Was this fast paced and insta love? Yes. Not usually my favorite, but maybe just because I love Bella’s writing style, idk but it worked for me! I loved Jace and Indy! I so needed Jace’s story and the way he was when he found out about Cohen had me a puddle on the floor! This man was so adorable. Just about Kingston man to fall in love with!

I’ve already read the second gen that Bella has released, so it’s different coming back and reading these stories now knowing these characters through the other books. It gives me a new appreciation for all of the other stories too. This was another fun and cute read. Indy and Cohen’s connection was so adorable, I loved Jace’s POVs of the two of them together through his eyes. Honestly these men are so down bad for the FMCs, it’s hard not to be obsessed!!

Jace’s transition from playboy to devoted dad was fast and heartwarming! I loved the way Indy helped him learn and grow in the role. They had a great connection, great chemistry, and I love how the family steps in as always with support and tons of banter!
The narrators did a wonderful job portraying the main characters as well as the extended cast of family and friends! Every return to Kroydon Hills is an amazing experience!
