About this listen

It all starts with a bucket list and a romance novel…. I’ve known Ryder McAdams my entire life. We’re neighbors and our families are besties. He’s also friends and teammates with my younger brother, Maverick.

But Ryder and me?

We’ve never been close. In fact, I’ve always gotten the distinct impression he doesn’t like me very much. He goes out of his way to ignore me.

Know what makes it worse?

The electricity that hums in the air every time our gazes collide. It sizzles through my body, until I feel it in the tips of my fingers and toes. Whoever said that you can’t control who you’re attracted to was, unfortunately, right.

I’ve done my best to stomp it out.

We’ve been at Western for three years and only come in contact when forced to interact. He’s busy partying it up and getting it on with his fangirl club. I’ve spent most of my college experience studying at the library, so I can apply to the med school of my choice.

One drunken night changes everything when Ryder takes me home and finds the bucket list I wrote before freshman year.

Know how many things I’ve ticked off since then?

Zero. Zilch. Nada.

For some strange reason, Ryder decides he’ll be the one to help tackle each item before graduation.

That would be all fine and good, except there’s some pretty schmexy stuff on there…like the big O.

Love Forever

Two people in love for years, but that old fear of rejection kept them apart until the "Bucket List" is revealed.

Cozy

This story is what I consider a cozy listen. It had a sweet and playful love story with very little drama. I enjoyed it.

Great series start

Super excited to get to know all characters in future titles, bc Ryder and Juliette laid a strong foundation with sensual chemistry and dual professional ambitions that was a nice addition to the storytelling. I’m definitely hooked to the Western Wildcats, and fairly certain I will relisten.

Narration was on point. Female lead was perfect for my ears and vision. Male lead was good, and I look forward to hearing him grow more into his craft. He’s right on the cusp of what I like in a male (think Teddy Hamilton—swoon) so I’m here for it. 💜💜💜

It all starts with a bucket list 😂

Ahhh the good old “what could go wrong with this”. It all starts with one drunk night and a bucket list of ideas before she graduates. I mean who wouldn’t want a steamy hot hockey player to come help with her sexy time bucket list 😂

Full Heart

Ryder and Juliette have such a great college age angst filled story. Ryder is the teammate of the older brother so obviously forbidden. When these two finally come together - and hold on for all the angst - it is absolutely perfect. The chemistry between these two is sizzling, the banter between secondary characters is fun and the whole story comes together perfectly.

The narrators did a great job bringing these two to life and had very enjoyable interpretation of this book.
