El proyecto de esta obra surgió uniendo la experiencia en cultura japonesa de Héctor García (autor de Un Geek en Japón), que lleva doce años viviendo en Japón, con el arte escribiendo de Francesc Miralles (autor de decenas de libros y novelas y especialista en psicología). Una inspiración
El mensaje de este audiolibro me llegó en el momento ideal. Me inspiró a practicar los consejos para vivir una mejor vida y encontrar mi ikigai. Regularmente leo libros físicos, pero esta opción de audio me pareció conveniente ya que lo escuché mientras hacía labores en casa y así pude terminarlo en solo 2 días. No me gusto el libro es poco práctico no te guia hacia esta metodología solo te dice lo que hacen o no los japoneses u otras personas. Ademas cuando habla de alimentos son aquellos que existen en oriente no aterriza a occidente.
