Heartfelt and Precious

A wonderful story presented with perfect narration! Wholesome AND quality are, unfortunately, not two words synonymous with good storytelling in our "more, the next, and make it yesterday!" paced world. Get this tale, settle into your chair or lay on your bed, and just relax! Audible Listens such as this might be considered rare for you, but they do not HAVE to be! But, be warned, these minutes of peace and blossoming happiness is addictive! So, purchase/use that credit, get comfortable, and welcome to your "new normal!"

I'll Be Waiting in Heaven

In a way, this story was heartbreaking, seeing as a character in other books had died several years earlier. It's so wonderful, though, that she finds someone else to love and love her. Her daughters have a difficult time with the transition. Like any family, Amish or not, new can be frightening, especially to kids, but their mom helps them come to terms with their new life.

I’ll Be Waiting in Heaven

A short sweet story that gives a glimpse into the life of an Amish family.

Heartbroken following the death of her husband, Allison looks to make a fresh start with her daughters. With so many reminders of her beloved Lucas, Allison decides to move to where her cousin is, but is she ready to open herself up to finding love again?

While this was a super short story, by Becca Fisher, I really enjoyed it.

Stephanie Richardson did a lovely job with the narration. A great performance.

Lovely listen

Allison is raising her two girls after an untimely death of the love of her life. Unsure she could ever love another, she is more concerned about finding a father for her daughters. But when moves to a new town to get away from the memories, she doesn’t expect to find someone new. Will he fit into their lives? I love this series. Each story is short, but holds so much. I especially loved this as the girls really give Allison a run for her money. I also was taken in to her new love story as she begins to live again. Narrated by the talented Stephanie Richardson, the story is a fun, easy listen and makes me want to hear the next novella.

Enjoyable, happy ending short story

Allison is an Amish widow with two daughters, and they're all grieving. To make a fresh start, she moves them from Pennsylvania to Ohio, to get away from daily reminders of their loss. She meets a handsome farmer in their new community, but her girls have a normal, predictable reaction to the idea of a new man in her life. It's handled believably and with grace.

This is an enjoyable, happy ending short story.
