About this listen

USA Today best-selling author of the Mountain Man series, William W. Johnstone is a favorite among listeners hungry for a sizzling taste of the Wild West.

Frank Morgan, legendary gunslinger, is looking for a little peace and quiet. But his respite is cut short when a man who is his look-alike begins harassing the townsfolk. Mistaken for the hooligan, he is thrown in jail. But not even iron bars can hold Frank Morgan, especially when he's bent on revenge.

The ending was a tough one. I prefer a bit less graphic. Don’t like such bad things to happen to women and a boy.

Would you try another book from William W. Johnstone and/or George Guidall?

Johnstone yes.

Any additional comments?

A bit cliche' and predictable, but still a good simple Good Guys Vs. Band Guys story.

Good Cowboy Stuff

Good story, good characters, but unlike most of his other books. I don't understand why writer's have to blaspheme.. he wouldn't write any of the swear words except g.d.??? I think that's the one he shouldn't have wrote but that's just me...

Good Story but
