About this listen

A kelpie, an incubus, and two wraiths walk into a bar....

Things were going so well until Macey got kidnapped. Again. Except this time, the kidnapper knows exactly why he has her, and none of his plans are good news.

She could wait for her men to save her, but then again, she's not the kind of princess who needs a prince to save the day.

A reverse harem (still) drenched in Scottish mythology. The second book in the Seven Wardens series.

Enthralled by this fantasy world

Book 2 of this series is amazing and the story is moving along at a fast clip that kept me enthralled and entertained so much, I hope the next book is available to see where Macy and her men are going and if they can save the world.

Loving the narration, I thought Angus was another narrator that I love but I researched and he is new to me. I’m really excited to find another amazing narrator to follow.

Can’t wait for this series to continue.

Great Continuation to the series

Into the Mist was a great continuation to the Seven Wardens series. This novel started right where the first book left off and had me hooked until the end.  With non stop action, this fantasy novel was past paced and intriguing and had a bit of everything, interesting new characters, fascinating plot, secrets revealed, twists and turns and a hott, steamy scene at the end.

I listened to the audible version of novel which was narrated by Angus Yellowlees. As with the previous novel he did an amazing job with the characters in this book. His voice was clear and understandable and he brought the story to life. I enjoyed listening to him narrate this series.

Into The Mist was a fascinating story and I absolutely loved it. Worthy of a 5 star status I would highly recommend it to all lovers to Fantasy reverse harem romances.

Great sequel

This is the second book in the Seven Wardens series and picks up pretty much where book one left off. The character growth fits perfectly with the timeline and we get to watch Macey deal with her capture by the "Voice" who we find out is named Mahoun. There are plenty of answers given in this book but many more left unanswered so we will have to wait for book three. I was glad to see the same narrator was used for this book and I hope that he does the rest of the series.

Love this RH

I loved the continuation of this series. I am one who hates to give spoilers so here goes. The adventure never ends in this book and Macey makes new friends and enemies alike. Will they be able to fulfill the prophecy and save everyone. I can’t wait to find out. I have really enjoyed the sexy narration done by Angus Yellowlees, looking forward to more.

Amazing Sequel!

I enjoyed this more than the first book! I loved that we learned more about the history of the Seven Wardens and got to see new mythical beings. This book had more secrets, characters, and was packed with new information and adventure. Macey has some great character development in this book and I’m excited to see what happens next!
There was improvement in this recording compared to the first since I didn’t hear any static background. Angus did another amazing performance with this book! He used so much emotion to breathe life into the story and each character in it. He definitely has that voice that will have you hooked until the very end and wanting more!

Fantastic narration

This picks up where the first book leaves off. I absolutely love Macey and her guys, and I really enjoyed Amber. There’s secrets and twists that kept me glued to the pages.
You don’t want to miss this series it’s fantastically written, filled with humor, and keeps you on your toes.

This was narrated by Angus Yellowlees and there couldn’t be a perfect man for it. His accents and how he distinguishes between voices and species (or beings?) is fantastic.

Angus is amazing as a narrator!

I absolutely love Angus as the narrator for the Seven Wardens series. I don't think anyone else could do it justice haha. I think Angus does a great job with all his distinguishing voices, especially the different guys (even if I am not a fan of Flint's voice so much). I thought Angus was inventive with the different "beings" and the echo-ing he did, since they were all different (for The Devil, the lady spirit I am gonna butcher if I try to spell haha, and the mouse's hubby). Can't wait to listen to more of his audiobooks, he definitely needs to stay on for the rest of the series ❤️

In honesty book 2 is not my favorite of the Seven Wardens, so I couldn't give it 5 stars like book 1. I think because this one had some lull moments that book 1 didn't (when Macy was kidnapped by the voice/devil). Also the part about self-doubt didn't hit me like I had hoped it would, compared to the other baddie of the story. I also noticed that some phrases/feelings were often repeated and just needed to be edited a bit to make it cleaner/more impactful. Despite those things, I am loving how the story is progressing with Macy, her guys, Ishban and Amber, and now the intrigue with aunt Nessie! I was sad to see a character go, but I loved how it was done/the reasoning. It was bittersweet to be sure. I am also intrigued about the Selkie character and if he fits in anywhere/continues on with the story.

Can't wait for Book 3 on audio, hopefully will be here is a couple months! I am able to get through so many more audiobooks compared to normal books and definitely will continue to download the Seven Wardens on audio 😍

Amazing

Amazing addition to the series. I love all the illustrations included throughout. This helps with the imagery of the story making the story come alive.
The narrator was the perfect choice for this book; he was creative, giving a distinct voice to each character and helped bring the story to life.
