It’s all about alternative forms of real estate (RE) investing — specifically, using other people’s debt and money to make profits from RE without dealing with the pains of it. The book talks about avoiding the three T’s of RE investing: termites, toilets, and tenants.
Though it doesn’t totally sound feasible, it is possible to avoid such headaches by buying RE-related notes on secondary markets. That’s what this book covers in detail. Okay, that, and a few other things. I learned a lot of great info and new, useful terms, and I definitely hope to put that knowledge to good use some day soon.
