Brutal Narration
Where does The Book on Investing In Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
So far, the book ranks in the top 5. The downside to this would be the narration - very hard to understand, very awkward at times. There are also quite a few recording errors towards the end of the book.
What did you like best about this story?
I love the scope of the book. Brandon provides a wide variety of strategies to take on, then breaks them down into a more simplistic way of understanding them.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Maher Abiad?
Myself, Gerard Butler, Anthony Hopkins, Captain Jean Luc Picard...really anybody.

Awesome book!
Awesome book that really got my mind going and focused on how to creatively put deals together! I still think everyone should have sound financial practices and save up to buy their first property on their own, BUT...wether you start with $5 or $5 million, if you want to keep growing you’ll eventually have more deals than money and need to start getting creative! Might be the MOST important real estate skill set!

Practical and Realistic
This book is great for people like me that need to know that investing with little or no money DOES happen all the time. I like the a authors honesty about how this can occur and the effort required to make deals like these happen. The narrator on the other hand, sounded as if he was whispering at times and even sounded as if he'd just awakened at others. He also repeated himself several times. Better sound editing would've been nice. Overall the book is really good and the narration is convenient. I'd recommend this service and book to friends.

Practical, Educational and Useful.
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
That lease options can be one of the most wonderfully creative tools when it comes to tailoring it to your investment needs.

Really great information for both beginners and seasoned investors. The narrative was almost too fast to follow. I had to reverse quite a bit, but it did help me retain a greater amount of knowledge since I had to keep doing that, so that could actually be a positive and not a negative.
