Great real estate Knowledge
Before listening I was thinking the book would focus only cheap real estate, but its much more than that, its very practical and useful for all beginners who want to do business in industry because its cover regulations and websites that we should know. THe book is step by step quidebook. I learned a lot ,especially about subdivided real estate, and personal property has lower tax than property building etc. I will listen again second round to remember things.

Great book with some super awesome ideas in it.
Have you heard this stuff before? Probably.
But I believe this is structured in such a way that it will actually help you get that theoretical knowledge in your head OUT and actually DO SOMETHING with it.
5 stars for sure, and I will recommend this to ANYONE looking to get into Real Estate investing!

I didn’t even know this was possible
This book blew my mind a little bit, and I can’t wait to implement all the things I learned. I’m genuinely excited to see what I can make happen. Really recommend.

This book is a gem.
I’ve been looking for an investment opportunity that wouldn’t break my bank. I’m just getting started and this book came along at the right time. It provides so much thoughtful and honest advice to get a new investor started.
