This was such a good book about teenage love. I highly enjoyed this book and found myself pulling for both Connor and Stella.

3.5* it would have been a 4 if he hadn't been buzzed the first time they were together, and he also seems to have some anger issues (at least it mostly only seemed to happen when things involved Stella, so I guess I get it) , but I love that they have history and she's not stuck up or fake.

I love love love Jenika Snow and her stories because they don't have much angst. The angst you may feel is really the anticipation from the characters and their attraction. I had already read this as an e-book but as audio, it's so much better. It really brings the story to life. The narrators are amazing. I especially love that even when the story is being told from one point of you, the other character still do their part so you get to hear their voices all the time. It really helps bring the story to life and helps suck you in even more.

Another great story from Jenika. It was a sweet friends to lovers’ story about two high school friends. Cannon and Stella have been friends forever. She was the nerd and he was the jock. As they got older they started to realize that they wanted to be more than friends but were too scared to act on it. This made their story realistic. Their chemistry was off the charts and when they finally come together, it was done beautifully. The narrators did an excellent job making you feel connected to the characters. You felt every emotion they were as you were listening to this story and that is all in part to jenika's words and their narration. I highly recommend this story.

I Loved this Amazing story from Jenika Snow. This Book is one of my favorites from the author and listening to it was such amazing experience. Wen Ross and Kai Kennicott voice is perfect for the characters and you want to listen to their voices forever.

While I’ve read the ebook of this story, it’s just something else to listen to it being narrated. Wen Ross and Kai Kennicott are just amazing at bring the characters to life. You feel their emotions just leap out at you from your speakers.

I totally loved this coming of age romance story. High school friends Stella and Cannon have known each other forever. As they are about to graduate high school, they come to realize that they more to each than they thought. They can’t imagine living without each other. They finally give in and proclaim their love.

Cannon is so protective of Stella, I love that about him. I love that Stella doesn’t give any crap as to what others think of her, as long as she has Cannon by her side. They really did complement each other, the jock and the nerd. Such a sweet story, something I’d wish would have happened to me when I was in high school, one can only dream.

Steamy, sweet, cute and fun, I loved Stella and Cannon's friends to lovers romance. The story offers lots of smoky chemistry, angsty emotions and drama. I thought that Cannon was a swoon worthy hero and that Stella was a heroine that was easy to love. I always feel that there is something extra special about a friends to lovers story. All those long simmering feelings that are desperately ignored until they just can't be any longer, that anxiety over risking what you have for that chance for so much more. This is a quick read, so I'd be lying if I didn't say I would have loved to spend more time with these characters, still I felt that this was a very good read. This audio book features dual narration; which is always a welcome treat. I thought that both narrators did an excellent job that helped to pull you into the story and letting you connect with the characters.
