A mystery has never hit so close to home...

I believed it before but now I am totally convinced that Jogging Is Bad For Your Health. Seriously, Stormi and clan get in more trouble than they could ever imagine every time Stormi jogs or runs in this fun and crazy cozy mystery from the talented pen of Cynthia Hickey. Toss in betrayal from one closest to them, a midnight reconnaissance mission gone south, plus a dangerous undercover job, and you get one wild story, Stormi Nelson style.

Author Cynthia Hickey successfully blends her signature humor, quirky characters, and romance with one of America's dirtiest and darkest subjects. Namely, human trafficking. It's a bit hard hitting right now in light of recent news stories. I have no idea how she was able to strike, and maintain, such an effective balance between cute cozy mystery and the sheer evilness of human trafficking, but she did. And, honestly, because of that, I think Jogging Is Bad For Your Health is probably my favorite Nosy Neighbor Mystery so far.

I've listened to the Nosy Neighbor Mystery series in audiobook and it's been great. As with the previous books the sound quality was good and the narrator has been the perfect choice. It's a terrific listening experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this book to any cozy mystery fan.

Loved it

Poor Stormi, she just can't seem to stay out of the murder business. This time her family gets more involved that she would like. She has to really put her thinking to the test when she finds herself up against criminals who are into things bigger than she has come up against before.
Wishing for the next books to come out in audio, but planning to read them anyway to see what Stormi finds herself up against next.
I received a copy to listen to , the review is my choice.
