About this listen

When former Congressman Mark Stedman throws in the towel on his presidential campaign, his only choice is to return to his home state and decide how to spend the rest of his life...until he meets Josiah Stoltzfus, an Amish farmer from Pennsylvania. Using his old campaign headquarters for a base, Mark Stedman determines to introduce a new candidate to America. He pledges to do everything in his power to make sure Josiah gets elected. But can a plain man of faith turn the tide of politics and become the leader of America? And what will he have to risk to do it?

Good story that leaves you feeling like you should live like you will have no regrets. And the only way to do that is following Jesus 3 ♥

Narration is not excellent, but is certainly better than the last two books I've listened too! Enjoyed this book more than I expected.

If this author has written 88 books, why is that only TWO are available on Audible?!

Good story, okay narration, enjoyed

Josiah reminds us of how we need to have a simpler life spending time with others.

I was very disappointed in the way this book ended. I guess I was expecting a "story book" ending and it did not have one. The reader was great and the plot was great until almost the end. I won't spoil it for any other readers but I wish it had ended differently.
