I hope this is not the end of the series! If we found out what happened to Cat's dad, I don't remember but I also forgot to review this when I listened to it and have listened to many mysteries in between!

The only male member of the Chubby Chicks club is the star of this book. It is a nice, quick cozy mystery. I enjoyed it!

In the final (I think) installment of this series, the crime is investigated and solved by an actual police officer. A refreshing change from most cozy mysteries! The Chubby Chicks friends are back along with a series-long nemesis who is murdered early on. Once again, you are not sorry the victim was murdered at all. Better the jerk than someone sympathetic!

And enjoyable cozy well narrated by David Dietz
