About this listen

What if you go on a whirlwind tour of the alchemical world on summer break? Could you leverage your mundane chemistry to push the boundaries of alchemical science even further? Do you think you could win the hearts and minds of your new lovers' families?

But when your enemies try to reveal your big secret: that you were a mundane man from the mundane world, do you think you could not only stop them, but win the day and come out of it all stronger and smarter?

You could...if you were the King of Alchemy.

There was much less excitement in this book, and there was in the first installment. Some of the story was quite interesting, but not very exciting. There was a lot of talk about spells and getting ready for an exam, but I really think the author could’ve put more action into the book.

Not as good as the first, but I’ll still listen to the next

1st book was like Harry Potter up to the goblet of fire, and book 2 is like some cheap anime want to be summer vacation with nothing happening! is this even the same writer? So boring!!

After Book 1, This is just boring filler fluff!
