About this listen

Workaholic wildlife photographer + loner bear shifter + Alaskan wilderness = one warming and sensual story.

Nessa Morrison is a city girl born and bred, traveling the world as a wildlife photographer. Always looking at life through a lens, she never has time to stop and appreciate the world. And the last thing on her mind has been finding romance.

James Masters lives the quiet life on his own, and that's the way that he and his bear like it. He has pushed aside any thoughts of a mate or companionship...until Nessa walks into his life.

As the storm clouds roll in, can their slowly rising passion bring their two very different worlds together? Will the love in their hearts overcome the doubts in their minds?

This is a warm, sensual standalone bear shifter romance. No cliffhangers!

Good book.

This was confusing to me in several spots. I am certain that I heard the heroine being referred to as "he" several times. I wish it hadn't been so short.

Horrible narration

I would put the male reader in a remedial reading class. Choppy to the point of distraction. Not much of a plot.

the story is nice narrators are horrible

I have read this book before and it's a nice story the characters are likable if not a little undeveloped. but the audible version is awful two monotone narrators with thick accents. glad this was part of the romance package or I would have asked for a refund zoe chants books deserve way better.

Horrible Narration!

This was extremely painful to listen to. I was excited that there would be two narrator's, but they were BOTH horrible. It sounded like two 15 year old kids being forced to read a class paper. Boring.. unfeeling.. and it sounded like the female narrator might have a slight speech impediment. The only reason I finished was because I liked the story. I feel bad for the author who wrote a sweet love story only to be butchered on Audible.

Good book, horrible narration

This is a short sweet book about a photographer from the city who comes out to a wooded error and meets a man named James who is also a bear shifter. James knows immediately that Nissan is the make he never thought he'd find. The two have an instant connection and a HEA with a few bumps in the road.
The books narration was horrible. Probably in my top 5 worst narrations. The book was read in dual POV and seemed completely disjointed. I finished the whole audio and it just got worse.
I would recommend the kindle version over the audio. I really need to start listening to the samples before buying the audio.

Good book

Well written book but the two narrator 's accents through me off and truly distracted from the book. I glad I read the book first.

Good book, bad narrators

The narrators distracted from the content of the book. I would recommended reading the book and skip the audio book.
