Very relaxing listen
I have a hard time sitting still, so I was happy to find something to help me to keep calm and get into a little bit of meditation. What the book really keyed in on was what is missing when I was trying to meditate on my own - hopefully I can stick with it from now on!

Valuable book to read or listen to
As recent work in emotions and emotion management suggests that humor is a social phenomenon and serves an important purpose in interaction. That is, humor can be viewed as interpersonal emotion management, whose purpose is to manage the emotions of others as well as of the self. This book is great to understand more and learn a lot for meditation. I loved listen to it, very well narrated and gretly written by Alston.

POWERFUL!
It is true that meditations and affirmations don’t work for some people, and I have always wondered why. This book didn't just break that down for me. It also helped to see where we often go wrong and how to fix it to achieve fulfillment. It is not hard when you have the right information and guide...and that's what this author offers. Laughter is truly the best medicine, and that's a great platform to jumpstart other great affirmations which will manifest a great turnaround in your life. good job!
