    Literally a Leadership Training Course

This is A REALLY concise book about leadership with multiple angles on also team management, task setting and goal achievement.

I listened to this as an audio book and was able to get a nice overview of the needs of people and how you can be a leader who empowers the growth of all those around you and at the same time rally a strong team to get a job well done.

Would definitely re-read the physical book and write up action plans to apply to my organisations.

    Tough listen, good content

Narrator runs on without breaks. Had to slow down to .8 speed. Which makes it very robotic and unemotional listen. Gordon has great content, I took one of the classes in the past, was using this as a refresher. will have to finish at a later date when I have more patience. Made it about halfway through.

Much easier to listen to than to read!

Tried to read it a while ago and it was a challenge for me to stay focused although the information is really great. so much easier to listen to and I plan on listening again soon so I can retain even more information from this book!
