Your approach day to day management.

If you are new to Lean or just wanting to better your Manufacturing processes, buy this book. I have 5s training in my background and this book covers and instructs Lean in a easily read and comprehensive manner. Some books can be confusing on the understanding of a betterment process, this is not one of them.

New business owner here.

The whole "lean" philosophy is probably the most complete approach to managing a business at maximum efficiency. This book breaks it down pretty well...I actually feel like I just got a years worth of business courses in less than a day. The second chapter on Lean Enterprise is pure gold for managing a supply chain, from a small business to a corporate behemoth. Whether you're in one or the other, this book will definitely have a couple pieces of info in it that will have a huge impact on how you approach day to day management.

Good overview.

Good and brief overview on Lean six sigma, Lean Analytics and couple more interesting topics. lots of interesting case studies give it a lot of color. I think this is a great book bundle for learning the concepts of Lean Six Sigma, Lean Analytics, Kanban, Scrum and it gives some terrific ideas on how to incorporate into your work environment.

Best Book On Lean Business Model

I have started liking the audio books as it helps me to keep listening to it while on the go. The book has been narrated well by Lucy Vest. Lean, Scrum, Agile, TQM (Total Quality Management), Process Improvement are some of the common terms in use in today’s professional and business world. But what lies exactly behind these words is important to understand.
