Trop superficiel - on n’apprend rien sur les blessures
J’ai beaucoup rigolé pendant l’écoute de ce livre. Outre la mystique que je ne critique pas bien que je trouve cette approche pas suffisamment explicitée et référencée, ce qui peut être assez dangereux pour des esprits fragiles; le manque de sérieux de nombreuses formules est sidérant. Entre les généralités, les formules à l’emporte pièce pour faire des raccourcis. Il n’y a rien à sauver de ce livre. Vraiment dommage car l’idée centrale était séduisante. Mais au lieu d’en apprendre plus sur les blessures, comment les reconnaître et comment les dépasser, ce livre assène des “ya qu’à” accepter et dépasser. Et propose de reconnaître ses blessures sur l’aspect physique qu’elles sont sensées avoir générées... je ne dirais pas qu’il ne peut y avoir de lien entre notre psychisme et notre physique, mais réduire notre physique à notre état psychique me semble dangereux et inopérant. Rien de plus à tirer de ce livre que ce qui est dans la quatrième de couverture, économisez de l’argent et passez votre chemin. Nul!
