While there were certain points I don't fully agree with, Elisabeth Elliot offers a plethora of good advice for the Christian woman. And Nan McNamara was a wonderful orator.

Within these pages are the wisdom and advice that all young women should be given but so rarely are. Friendly, loving, motherly, it is the sum total of one extraordinary Christian woman’s experience gleaned over a lifetime spent both in seasons of blessed singleness and blessed matrimony. Biblical womanhood is here summed up beautifully, backed by scripture and read with charm and intimacy by the narrator.

Should be standard reading for the newlywed wife

Would recommend for any woman entering marriage or considering it one day.
“Answer the call to be a woman” Elizabeth Elliot. Femininity is painted as something to be cherished and pursued.
