Great stories told very well

I recently moved to Wyoming, guess I ought to change my profile, but anyway, wanted to learn some more about my new home state. . I found this book by accident and really loved it!!
A young widow with a two year old daughter moves to Wyoming. She is courageous, but also has help and it is a wonderful set of stories of her new life. I wish it covered more of her life.

She writes her physical descriptions with a poets eyes and words, really so easy to listen to.

I love Flo Gibson, I enjoy her very much and she does an excellent job of narration.

Wonderfully Enjoyable

The content is interesting and a great look into early homesteading life in the west. The writer had a good sense of humor and was a gifted storyteller. The narrator is perfectly fit for the material. I would listen again.
