About this listen

Malonii Saint, an ex-BBW-supermodel, transitions into the role of a live-in nanny for the rich.

Starting her journey with children was a fresh breath of air, especially when she started working for the Prince Family. The love she had for the Prince Family children was unmatched, especially when she got acquainted with their father, Chief Prince.

Struggling with grief after losing the love of his life, Chief is compelled to continue his demanding job as a billionaire investment banker, and he isn't interested in finding another love. At least that's what he thought.

In the midst of their individual challenges, neither Malonii nor Chief seeks love, but a mutual interest begins to blossom between them.

Are they ready to take a leap of faith on love again or will their pasts come in the way of what they could've had?

A little bit of everything

Excellent narration with a lil bit of everything. Although some s scenes were unexpected. I would re-listen. I kept checking to see if was a series because there needs to be more.

Do better...

Overall, I liked the storyline, it had a lot of potential. There were several inconsistencies, especially regarding numbers. It didn't ruin the story but was noticeable. I liked the varying storylines but when you do that, you gotta be able tell all the stories. There's a lot of holes. Verbiage and phrasing was odd a lot of the time but the male narrator did his thing in trying work with odd phrasing and the times wrong words were used. The female narrator was absolutely horrendous! Her accent, her voices, her cadence, all of it was just disappointing... she had weird pauses, escalations, ended statements sounding like she's asking a question... between her and the already weird phrasing throughout thre story made this book an amateur hour. HOWEVER, the main storyline was likeable enough for me to finish.

Extremely predictable

The story wasn’t very cohesive. How do billionaires turn into hood ninjas? It doesn’t flow and the conflict didn’t fit.

Great story!

All the layers and characters were interesting. The woman narrator was interesting… other than that, loved.

Really Good

This book was really good! The narrators did a great job. I wasn’t expecting some of the twists in the story but it was really sweet. Lani and Chief were so cute. The story flowed nice and kept you engaged.

It was ok

I love Winston, but Elyce has to do better. Her cadence just doesn’t flow for me. The story had a lot of moving parts. Simone’s story and General Jr’s story felt rushed and lacked an ending. Maybe the focus should have stayed on Chief and Maloni and the others could have had their own books.

Mixed Reviews

This story had the potential to be really great. However, narration is key when you want your listeners to enjoy the story. The female narrator was horrible. Her pronunciation of words, the stumbling over word, the inconsistency, the transition into other characters. Did not flow well. It's like they all really sounded the same. Winston James always does an amazing job; again the narrator can only read what is written in the book. It was inconsistencies in his portion, mainly numbers. Where he say he spent one amount and then within like two or three sentence later he said he spent another amount. Had great potential, I would truly say audition the narrators first; before you let them finish, and before you put it out for your listeners.

Great Book!

Great to hear how the other half live. Just because you have money you can still experience things that people with money and status go through.
