About this listen

Turns out that being the only human candidate for the next Archlord of Hell means I'm kind of special.

Sure, there are some good things (a whole lot of good things, if I'm honest), but now I'm attending not only one supernatural academy but two. Twice the classes. Twice the antics. Twice the women.

Celestial Academy here we come.

Amazing scenes

The last scene seemed to be rather gruesome but manages to convey a rather powerful thought of the peoples kinks and extremes. While using plot devices to justify the morality of it. Very well done.
D. K. Is still a top tier author

Better than the 1st

The first book in the series was enjoyable enough that trying the 2nd was easy. The last book was an light and easy enjoyable read. This edition is definitely enjoyable, but the story is more impactful. The universe still needs to be opened up, but if you enjoy HaremLIT you will enjoy this listen.

Not enough Plot, not consistant.

The second book was far more disappointing compared to the first book. while the first book was slow, at times were it go way too in detail about hells school and felt far more forced I could give it a break being book one Since it was growing into itself to show the world. This one has no excuse its the same issue, yet it's worst. since it went from the introduction of the Inferno academy to the Celestia. Then adding in that there was far more sex, which normally isn't a bad thing but it got boring real quick with the main character. I honestly would have suggested while in the inferno academy he would be considered one of the top dogs. there, since he might take over Lucifer's position it would have been more interesting if he was more of a loser. Where the girls didn't give him the time of day.

Though it's not that. So it comes off as more boring than anything else. Then there's the ending twist with the angels and what they liked. I found myself skipping to the very end. Then there was the inconsistency for one character, which got on my nerve. So if your a stickler for Lore, you'll hate this as they have one character who appears in small bits of the first book and isn't shown much knows more then she really should in book 2, I would understand if there was time between book 1 and 2 but the fact that lucifer Reborn starts off right after book 1 ends. It is no excuse for her to have all this information. I don't know if the writer had a ghost writer write this but he should have made them read book one to keep everything in order.

What did I like I enjoyed the performance especially from the female voice actor she was actually trying and she gave the various girls voice same for the guy. so they did a great job that's for sure. it's just the writing needs polished with at least a second rewrite, and maybe notes on events mentioned in the first book that needs to be confirmed if said character was present.

All around, just...bad

I remember listening to the first in the series and being intrigued because there was a unique story concept, and the "6th grade boy fantasy-esque" scenes weren't to hard to stomach. This book, basically removes the unique story portion and just makes absolutely idiotic "we need to have sex all the time" the norm, then tries to find as many stupid ways to use the word "shaft" as possible. Total crap. Mr. King, you can do MUCH better.

pretty lame could have been a lot better

I honestly think this story would have been more engaging without the sex. Two different worlds and how they connect. The story was evolving pretty well. But unfortunately the main character comes off as an old school alpha male and honestly pretty lame.

really didn't enjoy this book and will probably stay away from this genre
