to work as audio this needs to be re-drafted

This does not work as well as it should. Certain kinds of oral repetition are needed when relaying complex fact patterns or rules of law. In a book, one can look up and refresh recollection but that can't happen with an audio book and does not happen here.

It's a shame as the content is not bad and the book is cheap vs pmbr etc

Horrible narration.

Do not listen to this while driving. You will fall asleep. After 15 mins, I could not listen to it anymore.

Terrible.

Avoid this is you're studying for the bar exam. It's a waste of time and full of errors. The narrator reads robotically and blindly, including basic grammatical errors. It's basically an error-filled outline. It's awful.

Incorrect and Inconsistent Information

Caveat Emptor. The book has many fatal problems: pock-marked with errors (punctuation, grammar, incorrect terms like "dead penalty", inconsistent word use), AND egregious errors in law. The book cannot be relied on for studying for the MBE.

The book appears to have minimal quality control or editorial oversight. It appears put together from more than one source with different prior editorial rules that have not been harmonized. Evidently, anyone can throw together a bar review guide and make a quick buck in this mega industry. If you seek confidence in your bar review materials, pass this one by and keep shopping.

The overall approach is useful, if it could be relied upon. But the fatal flaws in the law itself, no less in word use and punctuation, make the book entirely unusable. It is a shame a legal publisher would publish a book like this, and keep it up, and not take it down for correction.

Perfectly fine for beginning Bar review.

This is a perfectly fine starting point for starting your bar review. But there are several errors.

For example, the torts practice questions have Civ Pro questions in them. Also several section headers are mislabeled. The multiple choice questions will mistakenly list the same answers as multiple options. Also, there was a time the narrator referred to “joint and severally liable defendants” as “joint and *severely* liable defendants”.

Overall it’s perfectly fine as a starting point for studying. But definitely don’t rely on it for your main bar prep.
