Remember when Jack and Annie....?

What made the experience of listening to Magic Tree House Collection the most enjoyable?

The stories are short enough to keep my child's attention all the way, but long enough to learn something.

Any additional comments?

On numerous occasions my 8 year old have commented that something was just like in the Magic Tree House

kid pleaser

My kids had never heard or read anything from the Magic Tree House collection. Both my kids now love the adventures of Jack and Annie. My kids are age 6 and 4 and since I bought this audio I have bought several of the books for my older son. I wish there were more large collections of this series in audio.

Osborne is an excellent author. She provides a series of book which will foster continuous reading. Audio can be somewhat mono tone at times

Great Entertainment for 6 year olds

My daughters (both aged 6) have really enjoyed this series. There are eight stories, so a lot of material to listen to. The stories generated some very good conversations.

Two concerns to warn you about: 1) the characters travel to the Titanic and to 2 wars as part of their travels, so death and tragedy are discussed; 2) The characters (about 8 and 10 year olds), sneak out of the house without parents’ permission.
