Fantastic voice acting

This book especially starts to feel like the narrator is getting very comfortable with all the characters idiosyncrasies and they come alive after that

Absolutely Incredible

Brian Wiggins was incredible and actually brought some of my all time favorite characters to life!!! I have been waiting years and years for a decent audio book of The Belgariad and Malloreon series, and this over delivers!!! I am patiently waiting the remaining books and will order them all. Please, please, please continue with the fantastic work. I cannot say enough about the amazing writing and world building of David Eddings, other than to commend the narrator for bringing this story to life!

How bad the narration is

This book was ruined by the new narrator. I listen to this book a few years ago withCameron Bieles narrating, it was So much better. Very difficult to listen now with the new narrator ruining the characters

The horrific narration of the beloved books, the Belgaraid

I absolutely cherish and love the entire series of the books known as The Belgaraid. I probably don’t even know the number of times I’ve read the series over the years, dozens and dozens to be sure. I have read them to my three young sons many times over the years, they would beg me to read them and as they got older we would choose what classical music to listen to quietly in the background. My sons are adults now and continue the tradition with their own families. Such fun and wonderful memories.

Having said all that I am disgusted for true at the narration of this new guy.

1. Why oh why does the voice of Belgarath sound like he’s is speaking in dying breaths?
2. Why does Polgara sound like an inexperienced teenage girl?
3. Why does Silk sound like the previous Ce’Nedra?
4. Why does Ce’Nedra sound like she’s talking twice as fast as everyone else?
5. Why does the narrator speak so fast?

What is a goreem?
What is malloreah?
When did Obama enter?
