so understandable

I'm in middle of cases against my birthmom. ignoring, neglecting, sexual abusing, mental abuse, narcissistic psychopathic personalities. as I understand I should just let it be. for my own safety. she falsely accused my father for abuse, abused and controlled me for 37 years. even just have had same type of relationship with same type abuses after moving from home. I know I'm playing with my life by chasing this. I lost my whole family on her side because of manipulation and false lies about me. ruined relationship with my dad and his family where I falsely accused him for abuse by her lies. I know I feed her with what she need. also know and she's unstable and now when I know the whole truth. I'm not safe. I'm not able to stop. I'm afraid for love and care from other. trying to find out who i am. I'm not 38 year old yet. I'm not getting any therapy or any help. these books are so helpful for me to be able to set words on what have and still happens to me. I've been continuing to get in abusive relationship. I have to be aware, understand, be able to put words on what have happened. the whole family I've known my whole life. turned their back on me, when I started to dig in my past. I didn't feel any part of that family. so it's a relief to don't have to think about them. still. as books tells. it's to insane to believe. the same that I'm struggling with. starting to trust myself more. still hard to be alone or have my dad. but we don't have anyone who understands.

Amazing book

What a rare find. This has been one of the most helpful hooks I've ever read on this subject. And I've read at least a hundred. The lessons that the author taught will stay with me forever. And boy did I need them! Thank you

So much useful information.

This book was an amazing listen , brings so
To light and gives you a perspective that perhaps you never thought of before , the only critique I can even perhaps mention is that they use the word bullshit over and over I get the reason but it’s just so repetitive but as far as the book itself, it’s amazing and well worth listening to.
