Very interesting take on the 1950s genre

A very exciting and often funny story. It follows from the other noir books without dwelling on the predecessor to much. it stands alone revolving around a female Pi in the fifties. It is very entertaining. however I would have liked to hear the narrator move her voice around about to fit the characters but over all it is a fun listen.
