It has value but is way too long.

There are certainly things to be learned and gained from this. This book could be made better by editing out 70% of the redundancy. The last 60% was the same as the first 40% just in different words or phrases. Would recommend but maybe a cliff notes version.

A stress reducer..

knowing more about the opposite sex is truly a stress relief because there a better understanding, in my case dealing with females at work it gave some advantages over my men coworkers .. lots of insights ..great book..
