This audible brought awesome achievements.
This audio book does a nice job of making meditation both understandable and accessible to the mainstream. I listen this audio book each day and tried everything one step at a time and sometimes took longer with certain lessons.

An audiobook on complete meditation
I listened to the over 10 hours of the audiobook with pleasure and with great interest.
The narrator's voice is perfect for this kind of content.
I really appreciated the completeness of the audiobook, the approach to Reiki to the Practice of meditation and to the Chakra world completely bewitched me.
I can only recommend the purchase of this wonderful audiobook
