If you're curious about meditation, then I really suggest this book. Right now mine has a bunch of sticky notes in it and I'm sure you'll have plenty of places you would want to keep to if you pick up this book.

It includes numerous illustrations to show the basic hand positions of self-healing for the eyes, shoulders, heart, and more. Nearly half of the book is devoted to healing ailments with Reiki--from physical healing to mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.
