About this listen
Take a slow and deep breath in, and let it out gently. Now pause. Do you notice anything? Nothing at all?
It is common to go through life disconnected from your present-moment experiences, such as the thoughts, feelings, or sensations flooding your mind and body.
With so many responsibilities on your shoulders, it can be difficult to check out from the world around you and check in to the world inside of you.
The price you pay for neglecting your inner world is dis-ease, an unshakeable feeling of emptiness, confusion, or torment that gnaws at you day and night, interrupting your sleep cycles, eating patterns, and quality of relationships.
The dis-ease experienced in the mind creates disease in the body, felt through migraines, unexplained mood swings, muscle and joint pain, and a weak immune system.
The purpose of meditation is to bring harmony to your mind, which subsequently promotes healing in your body and encourages more active awareness about the daily choices and habits you partake in.
Meditation for Beginners Made Easy: 7 Simple Strategies to Find Inner Peace, Help Reduce Stress and Anxiety, and Bring Mental Clarity and Contentment to Your Life! is a practical guide to relaxation and stress management for busy people who are overwhelmed by the demands of their fast-paced lives. Inside the book, readers will be taught the following:
- over seven different types of meditation suitable for beginners that offer unique mind-body experiences
- simple to use meditation scripts for on-the-go and stress-free meditation practices
- techniques for getting the most out of your meditation practices, including tips on how to center yourself, focus on your breathing, and relax your body muscles
- different ways to use meditation for a balanced lifestyle, such as calming your nervous system, healing past trauma, or deepening your conscious awareness—embarking on your journey to enlightenment!
Changing your behaviors brings short-term transformation; it doesn’t get down to the root issues that keep you up at night.
If you desire true and long-lasting change that promotes inner well-being, you will need to crack through to your subconscious mind and regain control of your thoughts, emotions, and sensations.
You don’t have to go on this journey of self-healing alone. Get yourself a copy of Meditation for Beginners Made Easy: 7 Simple Strategies to Find Inner Peace, Help Reduce Stress and Anxiety, and Bring Mental Clarity and Contentment to Your Life! And take a wealth of Eastern spiritual wisdom with you!

Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Story
The book of Enoch was thought to be lost for over 2,000 years until, in 1773, a traveller brought three copies back from Ethiopia. Whether or not this ancient book was actually authored by Enoch, the father of Methuselah and great-grandfather of Noah, is an ongoing debate among historians and theologians. But all recognise the book of Enoch as one of the most important apocalyptic works outside of the Bible.

At first I just listen to this out of curiosity but then The "Mindfulness in Everyday Activities" strategy part was a game-changer. I started incorporating mindfulness into my daily routine, from washing dishes to walking to work. It helped me slow down, appreciate the present moment, and reduce autopilot mode. This is a must!!

Now, I do Believe in Meditation!!
I'll admit, I was skeptical about meditation. It seemed like something for hippies and monks, not busy professionals like myself. But the constant pressure was taking its toll, and I was desperate for a solution. This audiobook caught my eye with its promise of simple strategies and real results. And let me tell you, it delivered!
The book was easy to follow, even for someone with zero meditation experience. The author explained the benefits clearly and offered practical tips for overcoming common challenges like fidgeting and wandering thoughts.

Enjoy it!
To be exact, I felt my breath rise and fall for ten minutes as I just watched it. It may seem easy, but it took more effort than I had anticipated to calm my thoughts! Nevertheless, the noise diminished with each exercise and was replaced with a calm awareness.
