Quick and Easy Read
I picked up this book and was without a doubt fascinated by its content. The author has written the novel so well and it provides a lot of helpful information on memory improvement. I started practicing these techniques and methods and quickly realized how much it benefited me in the work space.

The techniques in this book are amazing and i never would’ve thought they’d be so intuitive. It’s interesting how some of these techniques would be something you can do all the time! If you’re looking to enhance your memory or give to a friend i’d recommend getting this book.

for those with a hectic life.
I have a very busy life. I am forgetful but also, I mix dates up for appointments which is embarrassing. I knew I had to do something, so when I saw this I had to get it. Like any muscle in the body that you have to exercise the brain is no different. I am implementing the techniques they have suggested and I can already see some improvements. I will keep at it until hopefully it will become second nature without me having to think about it.
I would recommend this book!

Good Book On Memory Loss!
I am someone who has always had a piss poor time with my memory and because of that, i am always looking for ways to improve my memory. In my search for ways to fix my memory issues, I came across the "Memory Improvement Mastery" book by Dale Owen. The "Memory Improvement Mastery" Book has been a true lifesaver for me. In reading the "Memory Improvement Mastery" book, i have come across many great ways and techniques to make my memory better and greater. I have learned ways on not only how to fix my memory but also how to enhance my memory. I really feel as though the "Memory Improvement Mastery" book is a great addition to my life.

A must have in your collection
I found the exercises to be very useful and practical for a person with a hectic school/home life. I enjoyed learning the techniques in this book, don't want to give out any spoilers but I can say that they are very well explained and useful. I am currently in college and I am excited to apply these newly learned skills. I recommend this book for anyone who needs to improve their reading and information retention skills.

Memories... now wheres a person in a cat costume.
So we all worry about getting older and losing ourselves and becoming... less. SO i picked up this book in hopes to learn and work on daily techniques to keep me as sharp and witty and wonderful as i always am.
