Insightful book on memory!
I enjoyed this book and all the insights it provided on improving memory capacity. As it states, not only does a strong body create a strong mind, but a strong mind also creates a strong body! If we cultivate our minds and memories, we can go quite far in life.
My favorite insight / strategy was the “memory pegging” idea — associating numbers we want to remember with words so we have more context for recalling them later on. There are many other helpful memory strategies in the book as well. Check it out!

Level up your mind!
I don't even know where to start. I learned so much from this book! As someone who is interested in peak performance, braining training is such a big part of unleashing your cognitive potential. This book gives insights to how to improve your memory. I'm familiar with mnemonics as I used it for memorizing school related stuff I haven't tried much mind mapping but after listening to this book, I'm so excited to give it a try.

Increase your productivity.
Having a passion for sports, I really enjoyed the insights provided by the author in becoming more mentally tough. For me, this audiobook has given me several tools that I can incorporate right now into my daily training so that I can reach my full potential as an athlete.
Not only am I benefitting from the mental training insights as they apply to sports, but I’m also discovering ways of better retaining and recalling information. This has helped me be more productive at work. If I’m more productive at work, then I’m able to free up more time to pursue my sport passions.

Such a Timely Book!
This book couldn’t be more timely, as I’m feeling so spacy lately. I’m a sucker for scientific information and anything that helps my memory. It’s amazing how hard our brain is working and to be able to have mental control and help our memory at the same time is life-changing! I am a health coach, and mindset is a huge part of the work I do day by day with my own clients. I appreciate the focus on this within this book and the exercises! Highly recommending this book!

My Brain Grew just listening!
... no, not really - but maybe!
Seriously though - this is a great book for learning techniques to improve your memory.
There are some old favourites like "chunking" but some newer techniques that I wasn't familiar with yet either!
I'm not going to spoil anything for you - you'll have to get it yourself and see.
