Luckily, menopause is still a long way away still. However, it is vital to get prepared early for a stage of life that will have a profound effect on both the body and mind. It was insightful to understand the different stages of menopause and that it is preceded by perimenopause. It was great that complex medical information was presented in an engaging and simple way. I learnt that the body makes three different types of estrogen, for example. This is certainly a useful resource for anybody looking to take the stress out of navigating this new stage of life.

It’s funny, super relatable, and made me more patient and supportive for my mom. I used to feel confused (and a little helpless) when she’d suddenly get emotional or blast the AC in the middle of winter. Now I get it. Every daughter or son should give this a listen to understand their mom going through this. It felt like chatting with a wise friend who’s been through it.
