Really enjoyed this and have returned to several of the meditations multiple times. Felt like this was very accessible with a great blend of lecture and experiential material. I definitely appreciated Colette's insights and perspectives that allowed me to gain some new understanding on material I feel like I have read and learned a great deal about. The exercises felt easy to dive into and offered some powerful personal experiences and insights for myself. A solid resource for those exploring this topic.

This book contains many great lessons to connect to spirit and get us connected to guidance. The meditations are deep and will help you look into yourself to see past your blocks/ego. The PDF contains more information everyone may find useful, I did.

This was the first time I have listened to Colette. She is an easy speaker and shares quite a bit of information packed into 2 CD's of lecture and 2 CD's with meditations and other information. I miss not having the symbols she refers to as signs from spirit.

I really love this book. Colette has a fantastic voice, and if you have ever experienced her, you know that she has a funny and relatable personality (which isn't lost here.) She is well researched and teaches with real life examples in a simple and straightforward manner. This may all well be in my head, but once you have been enlightened about messages, cledons and other nudges from Spirit, be prepared to see them all around you! Colette will guide you through excercises and vision journeys (meditations) that will help you develop your inner guide or simply become aware of how Spirit speaks to you in particular. Good stuff.

My only negative is that some of the vision journeys are a bit corny. I understand that these are supposed to be transportive, but I did giggle at her "ethereal" whispering and otherwordly echoing. But, I got over it and once I let out my initial "oh brother..." I found the journeys to be relaxing and effective.

YES, My sister would love this book, but it was far to analytical for me. I found myself wondering off thinking of every day stuff. Others may love this book! I guess I am still a loyal Doreen Virtue fan...

Who knows? i only listened to a quarter or less...
