I will surely purchase the paper back version.

Listening to this brings me a sense of relief and calmness. It’s my first minimalist book but I’m very satisfied! Staying organized has never been this easy.

Great resource for happier living

This was a nice book incorporating minimalism, hygge, and feng shui. I didn't want to incorporate all the ideas but there is plenty I will. You will want to listen to this many times. Nicely read by the narrator. I was gifted a copy of the audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

Good Guide Book

Jason put together a good book with a mix of feng shui, Danish hygge, and minimalism. This book explains and goes through the principles of each concept and how to use them together to get a minimalist home. The author also takes you step by step and room by room to declutter your home. I really liked this book because it was very practical and seems easy enough to start incorporating in everyday life.
Garrett did a good job with this narration. His tone was informative and he spoke at a steady pace.

Pretty incredible info.

I must admit, I may have underestimated the book upon seeing its book cover. Good thing I gave the first few pages a try and I was quite impressed. I was greeted with facts and I no longer deem minimalism as some kind of deprivation. Living a simple life is loved!

Life hacks are love!

The Netflix show featuring Marie Kondo inspired me prompting me to get a guide. I like almost everything about this audio guide. Its simplicity, straight-forwardness, and its originality. I’m beginning to love the idea of Hygge principle which I only became familiar after hearing it here.

It took one google search and he still botched it.

The book is decent, and I really wanted to enjoy it. But I was forced to stop in the middle of the book because I physically couldn’t stand the way he was pronouncing Chinese words. Now, I’m Chinese, and although I’m not 100% fluent in the language, I can tell whether something is pronounced right. This wasn't.Take the popular word ‘feng shui’, a Chinese art which is based on the belief that the way you arrange things within a room, can affect aspects of your life, such as how happy and successful you are.  It would be understandable to mess it up if you don’t know the language, that’s okay! But in today's age, any google search would tell you that it’s pronounced “fung shway”. And even if he doesn’t know Chinese, if he’s narrating a book that frequently uses Chinese words, I’d expect him to at least try to pronounce them right. But this guy. This guy is talking about stuff, and then he says it: ‘The Chinese practice of FANG SHWEE.’I sat up straight in my chair. Was I hearing this right? Did he really pronounce this word as ‘fang shwee?’ Sadly, a few seconds later, my suspicions were confirmed as I heard the terrible sound once more.‘FANG SHWEE.’ I cringed as this terrifying man attacked me with the horrible pronunciation of these words. I stayed strong, listening for another 15 minutes, each time hearing him utter the words 'fang shwee, fang shwee, fang shwee.'. But by the time he said ‘the HANG dynasty’, I physically couldn’t stand it anymore. If you’re going to narrate a book that uses Chinese words, at least try to pronounce them right. One google search: that’s how simple it is.I'm returning the book early. I can't even... every time he says "Fang Shwee" I just cringe and lose focus.
