About this listen

Mirror, Mirror is a spine-chilling young adult paranormal mystery from national award winning thriller crime writer Les Edgerton.

You will never again pass a mirror without a slight chill once you have read Mirror, Mirror. Elizabeth Mary Downing is a typical American teenager... almost. When she peers into a mirror, she sees someone else staring back - an image identical to herself in every detail save one: the mirror image has blue eyes. Elizabeth's eyes are brown! She is told by her mirror counterpart, "Liz," that she can enter any mirror she wants through "trans-starence" and when curiosity prevails over fear and she enters the mirror, trading places with Liz, the horror begins as Liz wreaks havoc with what was a normal life.

Elizabeth's attempts to trick Liz into going back into the mirror reflect both suspense and humor and just when all hope seems lost, she succeeds... only to discover she has to return to the mirror to reverse events and get her life back to where it was. She succeeds... only she leaves part of herself forever in the mirror.

Les Edgerton is a full-time writer and writing teacher. Edgerton and Washabaugh Excell!

I loved this. Horrorifingly sweet Elizabeth gets duped by twisted Liz; but by and by the ending? Is it really how it all seems?
Anyway, I am disheartened that Shawna M. Washabaugh only has 3 other Audiobooks on Audible.com and they're not very popular/bestselling.
Les Edgerton has just as many Audiobooks on Audible.com too.
Ah wells. I need to find more equally talented storyteller and narrator combos on here. But the outlook on that seems grim as I continue to browse for equal greatness. Who'd of thought that finding a narrator that doesn't sigh out the story or over enunciate every word to the point of adding sounds to the ends of words, phrases, sentences, etc.
Ah wells. It will be my solumn quest now...
