Good Summary of the Grandfather of Organized Crime

Would you consider the audio edition of Money, Power and Violence: The Story of Arnold Rothstein to be better than the print version?

Audio is always better except for detailed in-depth non-fiction with lists of statistics and charts. You can listen to a book while doing chores or commuting. It is a better use of time. I listened to this book on my commute, and it was great for this purpose.

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

A few more details would have added some depth and made it a bit longer. It is a good summary though.

What does A. Zens bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I really enjoy this narrator. He has the perfect amount of drama without being over done.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Arnold Rothstein's story is a very interesting one. It is fascinating to learn more about the roots of organized crime.
