this book was amazing. i literally started this after i finished his success secrets book this morning.

i will say i preferred james reading his book over this narrator but thats just a personal preference.


i look forward to reading more from this author as he has peaked my interests and am sharing with friends and family so they can check them out also.

This is a pretty comprehensive look on mindfulness. Most of the books never cover how mindfulness brings it all together. good work

What was one of the most memorable moments of Motivation: Boost Your Motivation with Powerful Mindfulness Techniques and Be Unstoppable?

Mindfulness can help us live the life to its full. I do need to be often reminded of being mindful of what I am doing and thinking. This is one of my resolutions for 2016 and the reason to listen this book. This is an excellent resource-type book that one might want to return to again and again. This is filled with very careful and specific information with many examples of when and how to use it. All information is presented in a friendly and useful way. Would be great for someone just trying to find out what mindfulness and meditation is all about, and also for someone looking for a new idea for practicing it.

Very well written and didactic, it is a pillow book to manage stress and life challenges. A solid place to start for anyone interested.
